In my opinion, I think people follow fads because they are too insecure to trust that their own thinking will be accepted by others and after become famous. I can't say more about that because I ignore fads. I have no many idea what they are. I just want to be myself and the others which follow that just think they are cool if every one is doing it. And they will always say they are not following fads and they just buy their things like that. Fads for me don't make to all people popular because I have some friends which have become popular whit it. They buy all their things with a lot of money to be seen by many people and like that they become famous. I have also other friend which buy also all their things with the highest price and is not enough to get there. I don't really follow fads but I can say that my favorites are the skinny jeans and vans shoes because I like to be classic, normal and different to others. Third, i think fads don't makes you more popular cause it's does not define you truly. You can wear something you truly like and does not really popular. You can also don't wear fads and to be popular because it's you personality better.
Finally, me favorite fad is shoes i like buy shoes and wear them and i feel comfortably. I love buy nike shoes, jordan shoes and air-max shoes.

I think fads is a funny activity,but there are a positive and negative sides. When you do fads,you can become poor,because you use your money to buy more clothes you don't wear. The positive side of fads it's because you are notice by the other people. It's hard to don't follow fads sometimes because they like it and they can't resist. Teenagers follow fads because they want to be popular. Often it's because they are intimidated so they want to stopped it with fads. People follow fads because they want to be fashion. Some of them chooses to wear this because they like the clothes or accessories. Some persons is wearing them because they want to be accepted in popular group at school and in the life.
Fads make a person popular when he choose to follow all the fads like clothes,accessories,shoes etc... In school, some people follow the fads to increase they reputations aroung the students. But, when all the people is wearing the same piece of clothing or accessories, it's not unique anymore.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all, what do I think of fads?, I think that fads are okay in general, the reason I say its not perfect is because some of the fads that i see are sometimes not all that good so I won't really be following them,but if it is, I sure will follow it.
Second of all, do fads make people popular? In my honest opinion I would say no because you can be popular by being an artist a raper, a signer, or just socialise with a lot people, being cool or just be pretty looking because people might approach you. Fads also don't make you popular because, some fads don't look good on some people, if you stink no one will approach you or if you don't socialise you can't be popular.
Third of all, why do people follow fads? I'd say that people follow fads because they wanna be "in it", in other words be in the gang of people or just a crew who follows fads to not be laughed at, be left out by everyone, don't wanna look ridiculous,impress their friends, make people jealous or because they simply like the fad.
Finally, what is my favorite fad? To be honest, I don't really have a particular favorite fad because I follow fads only if I really like them or just don't follw it, but one of the fads I like and prefer is the hip-hop cool which is still done even today.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, I think people follow fads because they are too insecure to trust that their own thinking will be accepted by others and after become famous.
I can't say more about that because I ignore fads. I have no many idea what they are. I just want to be myself and the others which follow that just think they are cool if every one is doing it. And they will always say they are not following fads and they just buy their things like that.
Fads for me don't make to all people popular because I have some friends which have become popular whit it. They buy all their things with a lot of money to be seen by many people and like that they become famous.
I have also other friend which buy also all their things with the highest price and is not enough to get there.
I don't really follow fads but I can say that my favorites are the skinny jeans and vans shoes because I like to be classic, normal and different to others.
